Is it bannable, to have a block Skin?

I have many players have a one blokck Skin. Yet nothing has happened to them. One of my friends was banned for it, because he did not know he wasn’t supposed to have it. Then he was reported on here.

there was some confusion over it earlier
but the staff have decide it IS NOT bannable
