IP-Banned or is this an error?

I am getting this error saying that the game is unable to connect to the world. I know it is able to connect because of it is showing the server info in the servers menu.

When I click on the server it says I am unable to connect to world. I have checked my router and everything seems to be working fine. I have also restarted my Minecraft several times.

Details:
Username: Ino89777
Last server I was on: Server Hub Delta
Was riding my horse and I went AFK to look at the forums. I came back and everything froze so I restarted my Minecraft. I try to rejoin the server and it is unable to connect

What Mini Game did you try join?If it wasn't a PvP Mini Game,then they probably disabled Win 10,server works fine for me...It might of just been a server restart.

Connection problems. It isn't you or you being banned, it's your internet

turn on use celluar data to use your own networks that don't lag.
