only the people without custom pp's dont have a picture anymore if you want a picture get a custom one xD

Hi, to change the profile picture, go to your profile. Click on your avatar to the left of the screen and select the "Choose File" button.

Also it looks like the problem is on your side of the Internet. Try clearing the cache or see if it works in another browser.
