Map > (With the Ferris Wheel)

Is this suppose to be allowed?
(People went on top of invisible Blocks just somewhere on the Ferris wheel.

@ssunsett @Laura_Aria (not many staff are online right now..)

Yea...never noticed it...its the new update bcuz the Amusement park have a glass wall but I think vertx removed it and now it isnt
