I think you disconnected/logged off of Minecraft and your MC body stayed there. Users connected to Xbox live have 30 seconds to connect back to the server, for any reason, if they crashed would be an example.

If your disconnected, you can still be attacked before you reconnect, you aren’t invincible during those 30 seconds.
