inv glitch

This glitch happened like 1/2 days ago, when I get something out from the chest/ craft something from the crafting table, etc. Then I tried to open my inv by tapping the bottom on the hotbar, it will open and close immediately. If I am lucky, it will happen once per time, if not, it will be like in my vid below.
