No not the speed kill streak but literally speed hacking, like the flash speed.

And I know OITC so no need to correct me :)
3 kill streak = Speed
7 kill streak = Health Regen
11 kill streak = Resistance
15 kill streak = idk but in Quake it debuff you
20 kill streak = idk but in Quake you remain the same :)
