Insults and cussing and HE KEEPS COMING BACK

OK SO @Ice_Hatake and @HazardTheDutchAD were both there when player Joseph_C was banned AT LEAST 5 TIMES on different accounts after pvting cuss words and insults and came back over and over to keep making us more miserable. Eventually u guys couldnt keep up with it.... So really banning wont do anything. Hes just gonna keep coming back. He mocks us telling us that. HE NEEDS TO BE IP BANNED. Here are some screenshots:

These links do not actually work, you will have to type them into the search bar. An error said the post count in the link wasnt large enough or something but this is too important for an error to stop the thread so please i know it may be frustrating to have to type that jibberish into the search bar but theres nothing else i can do. Thank you.

I'm sure he has ban IP banned. He's using a VPN.

We have not issued an permanent ban on the user because my bans are only limited to 30 days. This user is once again banned.
