I wouldnt say that it is advertising as they are just talking together casually. It's kind of like you asking for your friend's FaceBook or Twitter account. Advertising is when you publically advertise to everyone.

Yes,its in the roleplay rules

Dating Roleplay is allowed unless you giving out personal social media accounts like emails,gmail and instagram like that and that will be the person's risk.
