Well with this information, the player might get ip-banned... But it's better off if we wait for staff to reply.

Well as it seems, this player was supposed to be banned. But they evaded/bypassed it. Khai has kindly linked the report as well.

Yes, I've seen the report and I was responding to the actual reason this thread was made.
