It depends on how long ago you bought your rank.
Like Strel said above, if you bought your rank just then, your emerald tag should be set in the next few minutes.

If your forums IGN isn’t the same as your IGN on the server, you can ask @edwjusti or @WarriorGirl3333 to change your forums IGN to match your server IGN, and your rank will be set.

Well, if you made your forums account today, try waiting for maybe another 10 minutes, and if the rank hasn’t been set by then, you can contact them.
