I feel like it's an insult and i don't feel intellectually safe being called a "hoe". I looked up on google, since you asked, and it means "a girl who sleeps around with a lot of guys. The younger guys don't know what the words mean either. The actual word is ♥♥♥♥♥ and is said as street slang, hoe". And I don't think that's appropriate to say in a game that involves 10+ years people.

I think it stands for "shake my head". We killed her and she said that when she was spectating.

No it is not. -_- How is slang for ♥♥♥♥♥. And calling someone gay is not offensive. You'll have to be 10 to find offense in being called a gay girl.
