IMPORTANT QUESTION: Is our first step to warn players about their skin or simply report them immediately? I went warning this person about this skin, and now I feel not wanting to ban this person (I don't know if the person will actually change it T^T).

Yes, I’d suggest for small skins only thought.

For example, nude skins.
Common sense could’ve told them not to use it, not that much of a need to ask them.

Small skins, 85% of users aren’t even aware it’s bannable (If too small)
I will leave him a PVT since this will be his second ban, maybe he isn’t aware.
