Inappropriate Skin or Nah?

So I made a skin, and I wann ask if it’s “inappropriate” due to the blood on it. Im just wondering because kids play here and Idk if they can handle it. There is no “professional” gore like visible guts, so is it okay?

I think it's allowed since it isn't too much blood and gore in detail anyway.
