Solved Inappropriate language (attacking players)

Report : The following user goes around brlns and attacks players by saying things such as "you're ugly". But if you try to defend yourself he will start saying mom jokes and many other stuff. A player wanted to defend me and he said things like "your mother is poor" or "go learn english" just because she wanted to defend me. It was alright when he said "your skin is ugly" but when he started to make jokes about my mother that was it.
