I do not think either should be banned or muted because just about every BL player has said that before. Most say worse than that. Now if you had proof of them saying worse stuff towards someone I think they should be muted but with the stuff in the screen shot I do not think any action should be taken. Maybe if a staff were on to see it they could kick them for it but no reason to mute or ban
