Inactivity and Internet Problems

Hi everyone.
I am having WiFi issues and I cannot connect or go online. If you're wondering, this thread was made with my phone data. I cannot restart the router or do anything because my parents will kill me. (They seem to connect just fine. -_-) Restarting the network settings or restarting my iPad itself does absolutely NOTHING. I am the only one unable to connect. Surprise, surprise. Just my luck. Anyways, I will go online when the WiFi is working again (probably never) or if I move to another country in about 1 year. I will be on once in a while using phone data but I can't be on for long, as my phone is for communication purposes.

I'm not leaving forever... Only until the internet works again. Otherwise, I will only be on like once a week or so with my phone data, as I don't want to waste it.
