hi, I know this is for ban appeals, but I didn't know where to report this, I've been muted for 5 hours, the next day I checked they expanded it to 15 hours?!, and I didn't do anything wrong in those 5 hours why would they expand it,... please check if there any bugs about that,

again, I've been mute for 5 hours, and it been expanded to 15 if it's possible to unmute me hence my time has already passed
