I'll clear up what DarkRainbows said:
When you hack on server you use a mod, right? So some people don't know the difference between hacks and mods, but people are still banned for hacking when they use a mod, so they say they're "modding". Either way, they didn't say "I'm mod.", "I'm a mod.", or "I'm using a mod." So I'll leave this.
