Okie so I see some people doing this but how exactly do you do it .3.?

So people are like this for example:

Like Here to go to report section

So when you click --> Here It will take you to the report section... How do you do it?

You got to put a link in to the section, by name the link "here" dunno exactly how to do it, but you do something like that

2. Click this:
3. Enter the URL in the space provided:
