If you make a mistake, it doesn't mean you have to straight away leave forever. You just have to make up for it.
I get it, you wanted to be praised for once, you wanted to feel proud, you wanted to feel great for once. But let me tell you something, lying (that the art was yours) isn't a good option. Whenever you lie, people always find out, and in the end, this happens, you end up begging for forgiveness.
If you want to be praised or feel proud, go ahead, do something, no one can stop you. But stealing art? Never do that, it's even illegal. Try doing art yourself, even if you think it'll be bad, just try. Usually when it comes to art, people say positive things to motivate you. Even if negative things come out of it, take it as advice to improve your work. Even critism, it helps when people point out things honestly. Don't feel sad and say "I'm not wanted" when you need to realise this is a lesson, so cheer up and make some use out of this.
Look, leaving is an option, an option YOU make, not members on forums. Making a poll doesn't help, because people can't make decisions for you, you make your own.
I'll just give you some advice.. if you think people don't understand you, leaving will just make people understand you less, so I wouldn't recommend it. But again, it's entirely your decision, so do what you think is right.
