@_PineappleDeath_ is conspiring working together with Mojang to change all minecraft skins to pink......




It actually is a 1.16.2 bug and unfortunately until the next update you are most likely stuck with it

Well actually yes well unless u downgrade you're minecraft version that means the only way to fix it for now is to downgrade your minecraft version
