Im randomly banned???

About 9 days ago i was banned, i sent about 2 or 3 requests to un-ban me because i got banned for no reason, i have got no replys???

Can someone tell me why im banned???
I dont use hacks ??
I did nothing wrong, i play the game like everyone else does,
