In the screenshot in that thread, you are clearly using X-ray hacks. Look at the island on the left side of the screen - there are hidden chests, but you are able to see them with the X-ray hacks.

Well, both sides. And yes, a resource pack that has the same capabilities as x-ray hacks would be considered x-ray hacks.
I'm gonna start a convo with Benjamin to sort this out.
