Thats like one of the things you can trust least because the weather is one of the hardest things to predict.
Like one week ago there was a hurrican warning for my country.
Around 11am the wind started to get really fast,it hailed and I saw one lightning.I was like:Okay this will het really heavy from now on...yea the whole thing lasted for 3 minutes and then the sun returned and everything stopped...nice hurrican.

If you are scared of hurricanes... move to Hong Kong. There are lots of typhoons every year here
