Even if this is the case I dont think it should interfere with the user if they are logged in. I've seen many logged in users with the same name and the original user is still able to log in freely.

I believe it only affects if you have an account under the name, and someone used it, if you don't have an account and use the same name as someone else, different story.

EDIT: I checked the IP and 2 different people tried to log into my account both people are from 2 different places both are also overseas but still this info probably doesn't help at all

Well sometimes my friends get on my acc, and usually whenever I log on, it kicks them off, not sure how that’s not happening for you
