Hack reports are usually false, and proof is sometime a lie or wrong player name.

Not necessarily. honestly there are usually more people banned rightfully than wrongly.

I do remember that when i saw and hit him, he crashed before i did... I believe it might be lag on both party's side.

tbh i think its a glitch- it happens on mm alot also- they spawn in the floor till they move- and i think the fact that hes on the starting block kinda leans towards its a glitch not a hack. thats just me tho.
