As you all know I already suggested the Snowman Building Competition earlier but I have another idea!
Why not a snowball fight game??? Huge igloo map probably,you are equipped with 64 snowballs, you try to kill people but I have a teeny tiny twist to make it a bit harder.
Basically you are gonna need a plugin that enables the player to freeze to death but i wont tell you the game will end with all players freezing to death, basically there are gonna be Non-PvP tents with fire places so u can warm urself.... After every minute out in the snow, you are gonna need 10 seconds infront of a fire place. You can stay out in the cold for three minutes max, that means you have to stay at the fire place for 30 seconds. If u stay more than three minutes u freeze to death.
Im not done, i wanna leave winter aside, i have a minigame idea
Survival Building
Like TheBestBuilder but instead of creative, in survival!! U get 5 minutes in a map (maybe more) to collect materials, (PvP disabled) after the five minutes end, u get teleported to the plots where you build. Obviously the themes will be much simpler....
