Ignore not working for /tells kinda? Or prolly not programmed

So i /ignored this girl (you know who you are) And shes been very... agitated ever since, pvting my friends horrible things, to everyone close around me, and even going as far as to stalk my skinseed, I took the advice of staff and ignored her but seems like she can pvt me still while im offline and i really dont wanna hear anymore of her drama. I wont say who it is, Because i really do want to drop this drama. But @vertx If ya can maybe patch this loop hole i will forever be so grateful.
