For me, it would be this fishing rod.

It's the tool of all tools and enchantments.
Endless supply of food and XP.
Start off from 2 string a 3 sticks to its ultimate form.
Fish out enchanted: books, bows and other fishing rods

Also gave it the name about for it being upright effiencient.​
