If someone hacks and ur on their ip do you get banned to?

My brother kingnallers fly hacks and phase hacks i have seen his phone he uses toolbox to do it. If u remember he is the reason i had gotten wrongfully banned but they unbanned me but also unbanned him for some reason his hacking account. Name is KINGNALLERS or KINGNALLER i cant remember but if its possible to ban him but not me tell me plz
