Idea /block <playername> command

[SpikeTheHugger]

This command is like blocking people from sending you friend requests. You can use this command so that no mean people can chat, appear in the same game as you, sending you friend requests. This is good if people are insulting, tormenting, harassing or annoying you. No Rank is required for this command. Any person can use this command.
This would probably be the best idea made by me! ;DD
