[IDEA] Add a tag of the "Builder" rank on the forums! (5,000 messages! :D)

The "Builder" rank tag, such as the "Helper" rank tag for permissions to the BrokenLens forums.

I have a new idea related to the tag on the server, for example, with the forum "Builder" tag in the profile. Thus, we will know what rank the person is.

I wanted to tell you that I congratulate @Jaskirat on the new BUILDER rank staff on the server! But he has a rank on the server, and he doesn't have the Builder rank tag in his profile. Please add it!

I prefer it to be grey coloured like helper, I feel like yellow is better as the owner's tag colour. xD

I think it should be a dark green not cause any confusion with any other rank, and to make it darker then the green of the trial rank so it does not look like that tag but just darker.
