Hello. I haven’t written anything in a while and so I’m a bit rusty xd
I hope everyone is having a good day, and I hope you enjoy?

One day, Ruby decided to go for a bike ride. Since there was a bike path in the park by her house, she decided to head that way. Climbing onto her bike, she rode off towards the park.
She passed the playground, sparing it a quick glance as she went on toward the bike path. She went along the path until she grew tired, deciding to turn back and go home. Once again passing by the playground, she decided to stop. The playground was empty, so might as well take advantage of it, right?
Propping her bike up against a fence, she walked into the playground and sat down on a swing. She closed her eyes, taking in the beautiful weather and the wind in her hair. She opened her eyes and smiled a bit, feeling suddenly nostalgic.
She looked at the other equipment surrounding her. She thought back to when her parents would bring her here when she was younger. She would always climb up the large slide, despite her fear of heights. Every time she went down the slide, her father was at the end with a smile on his face. Whenever she grew tired of the slide, she always went to the swings. Her father always pushed her, and her mother always stood nearby watching them have fun.
Ruby smiled sadly, she missed her childhood. Another memory came up, and Ruby walked over to a familiar bush over in the corner of the park. Growing on the bush was some blackberries. Ruby remembered the first time she found this bush with her friend. They would always come over and see if any were growing. If any were, they enjoyed the bittersweet taste of the fruit. Luckily for Ruby, there were some blackberries growing on the bush. Gently picking a few off the bush and eating them, Ruby walked over to the lone tree at the park.
Sitting in the shade of the tree, more memories were making their way to Ruby. When she had her first kite, she had brought it to attempt flying it. Sadly it got stuck in literally the only tree in the park. Ruby laughed to herself, what terrible luck she had that day. She also remembered when an old friend of hers climbed to the top of the tree. Ruby was terrified that her friend would hurt herself. When her friend came down, she jumped off from the last few feet. When she landed, she acted as if she had hurt her ankle which caused Ruby to panic. Boy was she angry when her friend started laughing at her panicking.
Looking at her phone, Ruby realized she spent quite a lot of time at the park. It was nearly dinner time! Walking back to her bike and climbing on, she rode away from the park that held many memories. One day she would come back, and perhaps many more memories will be formed there. Ruby smiled, she knew this wouldn’t be the end of her visits.
I hope everyone is having a good day, and I hope you enjoy?
