With Slicer being the newest arrival and the killings happening around the same time, the townsfolk put Slicer on trial and found him guilty. He was sentenced to death and the police took him away.
The people were hopeful that Slicer was a killer, but some still had doubt since there were two deaths that day. Dz was one who felt both ways, but despite his worry he went to the towns park to get a moment of peace. He sat right in the middle of the park and relaxed into the oddly comfortable bench as he took in the beautiful scenery. Eventually Dz fell asleep on the bench but was quickly woken up by a scream. He ran towards where he believed the scream had come from and found himself in a rather secluded part of the park, where thick greenery blocked the view from the outside. Dz pressed onwards pushing the branches out of his way until he came upon a clearing where he found a body. The body belonged to Eyow. Dz noticed the blood coming from Eyow’s mouth and ran back into the main part of town to get help.
Meanwhile Jai was headed to the local doctors office for her monthly checkup. When she arrived she greeted the secretary there and made small talk as usual as she waited to get called into the back. After about a half hour Jai asked the secretary what the hold up was since she was the only patient there. The secretary also found it strange so she took Jai into the back herself. Jai walked to the back appointment room while the secretary checked the other rooms looking for either one of the doctors or any of the nurses. Having no luck she went to find Jai who just so happened to be running towards her with a sort of panic in her tone. Jai grabbed the secretary and said “You gotta call the cops. Doctor Ryu is in the back dead!” The two wasted no time getting out of there and calling the police. When the secretary asked one of the policemen what had happened the only thing they were told was it was a murder and the body had been there for a while due to the blood having dried.
