Maybe but it should be 15 above I guess. And if u want to become a staff, you should help people on the server and this forums
even if you were fourteen i doubt they would let you, and it would take forever to become staff because you just started your forums, but i look forward to you becomiung staff in two or three years.
If you only want to become a staff member to "ban hackers and exploiters". I'm sorry that this position is probably not for you. It takes more than just banning hackers and exploiters to be a staff member. Along with what others have said, first of all you need to be at LEAST 15. For you its easy to say but when u become a staff member you will feel the stress and lots of work you can handle
