I wasn't Answered, I'm still banned forever.

So on Wednesday I wrote an appeal to be unbanned because I was banned ages ago and that I don't hack anymore. I was told my account (Doopiness) wasn't registered on Broken Lens, which is weird because I've played it before (obviously) and then somebody stopped replying.
Why is my account not registered.
My name is "Doopiness"

Ssunsett did answer you- that account name isn't a name belonging to anyone on Brokenlens- it has never been registered before- we can't unban it if it doesn't exist- many people use a different name on the server than their xbox name- unfortunately if you can't figure out what your name was we can't help you

and yes I saw those, from what i meant 'I wasn't answered" was when I gave screenshots and she didn't reply, lol.

My minecraft name and my xbox name are AllyMac123 but my Brokenlens name is AllyMac_
They are different- I even went into the list of registered players (and Ssunsett probably did too) there are no players named anything like doopiness- I can show you where you can look through the lists of players

I am at school and can't go on the server and look for your info right now but you can look at the lists of player names like yours in the app-
At the top left of your screen- press the menu button:

Next press the "app" :

This brings you to our app- at the top of the page type in "doop" :

This gives you every registered user starting with the word doop- there are many pages of "doop" names:

But no doopiness

Yes- whatever name you were banned on had to have been registered

Players who aren't registered can only stay in lobbies- they can't play games and can't be banned- are there any other people who play on your network? A brother or sister who could have been banned with a different name?
