Please do the following

1) Please do the correct format for the ban appeal shown above by XxLiazaliaxX

2) Please add proof (screenshots , video etc.) that you were banned.

Please remember that Admins , Staff and Trial's ban using the wifi, not account, meaning that anyone using the wifi will be banned.
