I was banned without any reason!

I was going to play micro battles .....and it said that I was banned permanently.....but didnt do anything.....I barely ever play micro battles.....or any other game.....today I wanted to play and boom it said I was banned permanently......plzzz can you check why I was banned....and plzz un ban me...I was ban on 4 of july 2017 the time was roughly from 6:30 to 6:40 pm plzzz help me...my gamertag is Zisha12345 and my sister and brothers were also banned permanently ...without any reason...plzz help them as well...their gamertag is karyam , faryam , aaryam ....they were banned at the exact same time and date....plzzz help us..!!!!
 
Thank you for telling us so much information ^w^ That is such a big help.

My guesses are one of you broke a rule and got everyone using your wifi banned. Don't worry, we'll get to the bottom of this. I'll go check the reasons for why you and each of your brother's accounts got banned and we can talk from there.

In the mean time, I'll alert the other staff so they're aware of this: @Laura_Aria @HazardTheDutchAD @Ray_Palmer_Atom

^^ Since you were PERMANENTLY banned, a trial mod couldn't have banned you which helps clear things a little.

I've done some research and none of you seem to be banned and no one has done anything wrong.

I've unbanned all of you, just in case.

Are you able to log into the server now?

I'm sorry if this is useless, but I remember a report thread (or maybe different ban appeal) a while back that had the names karyam, faryam, and aaryam in it. I don't remember what it was about though, and again, sorry if that bit of info is useless. But, you would know better if one or more of them was banned.

yea they were banned long time ago....but again without any reason....but my cousin made an appeal or did something and they got unbanned ......but they didnt do anything.....does this help!!! Plzzz unban us ......I want to play :-(

No, don't apologise! That's vital information that I seemed to overlook, sorry. I'll try searching for that thread.

So they were unbanned before @XxLiazaliaxX unbanned them now? But they are still banned? This whole situation is very confusing, as they have apparently been unbanned

This is really confusing. So they have been unbanned twice, but are still banned? Was it an IP ban that has to be repealed, but hasn't been?

I honestly don't know. I'm really confused.

3 glitch abusers which were Zisha's siblings were banned then apparently unbanned.

Then, something happened and all of them plus Zisha have been banned again but the banning hasn't been registered in the files yet exists on server and prevents them from logging in

I dont know how to send a screeshot.....but it says that this account is permnently banned from our services.believe this to be a mistake....and then it tells to visit this website.....and the same message apppears on my siblings screen....when they try to enter the server...plzzz help!!!

Click the "Upload a File" button and select a screenshot of the screen that says "You are permanently banned from our services."
