I was banned for no reason

Well I was banned for no reason. A player reported me for "targeting him" well i was trying to kill him since he was half dead. I can't believe someone can actually get banned for "targeting someone".

Because I crossed teamed in a match. I'm not using hacks or anything so no point. I can't get permanently banned for cross teaming once.
