I was banned but I don't hack or anything

So I logged on earlier in the day to play TNT tag and it logged me off and I tried logging back in it said I was banned completely for five days. I don't have any use in hacks I don't spam or anything and it's surprised me when I got on to be banned. If you have a way of fixing this please help it would mean the world. Also if you wanna talk in brokenlens about anything my user is SurxShotYT.
