Why I got banned:
Penquin ban me because of banpassi g an account

Why we should unban you?
I confirm that i was banned on one first account and it was YEARS AGO, since now, i used to create a new account to start over again and become a good player and i did it! I become level 267 by working hard and as a fair player (not like all the hacker you can find)
Then only today, penquin checked on my account cause he noticed me, and he ban me by using the reason of passing ban an old account and i think that rule can't be apply, for the reason that i didn't do anything very wrong since i start over (only get mute one time)
So that's my explanation, i think it's unfair for using that reason once i became a good player

I wouldn’t say it’s your first time getting banned considering the bypassing account but oh well Either way, no matter how long ago the original ban was, you were still bypassing and I believe you deserve to be banned for sometime before you get another chance. The original ban was sometime in May of 2020. I believe it is fair if you wait 3 months before making another appeal and then I will consider giving you a second chance. Have a good day.

Well ok? It was on may 2020, one year ago and 4-5 month and i said, since i create a new account and become a good player, didn't commit other wrong thing but still you say no matter how long the original ban was, i have still to be punished, so you "believe" that i deserve to be ban sometime and then wait 3 month to get a chance.

Still about my first story, it would be nice about if you can hire more and more trial modo, like you all said, every modo have a life and they can't be here all the time but i still seeing some playing playing when we need them, if they can play, they can work, if not, the brokenserver need more of trial modo, i'm sure that a lot of people would be volonteer to be a trial modo

i had the idea that most of them only ban the player that they meet on their own match and i know that they're doing their job well, but i think that they should take more importance to other match on the brokenlens server because we need them, instead of playing.

That why i got mad about modo taking their time to play knowing that there isn't enough modo on the server knowing that WE need them the most.

So that what happened, today there was a hacker on skywars, and on recent match, i saw @Penquin playing on skywars too so i know that he was here, when i reported the hacker, on my report i especially begging to penquin to come, no one came until that it was @Voniblynn came here, they asked me "is that how you talk to a modo?"

To clear up any of your confusion, Penquin and I weren't even in a match at the time of your report, in fact we hadn't gone and played one for a while by that time. We were handling another report, while you made yours which will explain the delay.

And regardless, that was no way to talk to a staff member. You jumped to conclusions and misused the reporting system to send a nasty message to him, when he was in no wrong at all. If he's so human like you claim here then why would you send something so nasty like that to him in a report in-game?
I know this isn't really my appeal, but I feel like I have to say something about it, whether the message bothered Penquin or not: it wasn't okay.

Then still, about the number of trial modo that the server brokenlens need, i think i understand now that you can't really do much about it

I didn’t reply because it was 3am for me But anyway, Voni seemed to of cleared up mostly everything, and like I have already said, you deserve to stay banned for some time. I’m not sure what else you want me to say. You broke the rules and you deserve to wait some time and not bypass your ban so then I can give you a second chance. Make another appeal in 3 months and I will consider giving you a second chance if you haven’t bypassed… again
