That is not enough proof to change your password. You need to be logined in that account then screenshot it.

The photo you showed doesn't show that you are logged into your account. In order for staff to reset your password, you need a screenshot that says Welcome back, MCPE_Dark_sonic! instead of Welcome to BrokenLens, you can login to save stats
