I want that yt rank

today i play this server for the first time and i want the yt rank then i try to get it and i can't i don't know why my email is correct my yt name is correct but it's keep saying it's incorrect and then i can't get the yt rank because it's say if it's say 3 warning i will cannot get the yt rank.
Please help!
