Ummm I used my aunts credit card not PayPal...I had perm with her to buy the emerald rank! So I bought it and it didn't gave me the rank......

The best thing he could do is get the confirmation in some PayPal account, supposedly used to purchase...
I've seen a lot of people saying they didn't use PayPal, they used plain card or bank, blah blah...
I don't know if someone have already set a rank in these situations, but anyways, you admins should pay more attention.

Wait a minute then my friends were emerald so why not me? So my friends ... I used my aunts credit card but it didn't gave me but what in the world is going on?

If you inserted a credit card, it is either processing or the payment request was not accepted by PayPal.
