i wanna kno how to get a skin like this. He said he got it from Mcpedl but i dont see how that is possible

Maybe he used mods :O
Or he just edited the game files using a computer.
He probably messed with the game files and skin files.
Like literally change how the player can see the user...
Changed the body structure and bla bla bla.

Size doesn't 100% matter, if they crouch it looks same way up, so if they went into a mini game like TNT tag and he hides near grass, he will blend in and be able to lure people near him

It's a secret skin pack in the skin menu Just go all the way down until you see 3D Models pack
Also the skins are free so you don't have to pay at all
