So, the guy name "mohammad3611573" has been banned and he don't know what his was doing on their time. It got locked before and no responding from our staff. https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/charchback.110854/ . So, could staff give he a ban info. Just want to knows. @mohammad3611 I had checks his profile that he's already get Emerald Rank. So, I wondering know if he would get unbanned because his said he don't ever know the rule of chargeback and now he already read the rule. So, he apologics to themselves and the staff's of Brokenlens.

Also thank you for your responding. He's already make their apologics and will not cancelled his Emerald Rank. I thinks that only Vertx can unbanned him because he is the owner of BrokenLens and the watchers also made by vertx too!!!

But in order for him to be unbanned wouldn't he have to resign his rank. If the whole reason he is banned is because he still has it after getting his money back then how does that work? Would he have to like..resend the money to BrokenLens in order to keep the rank and continue playing?

Normally players who got banned for chargeback won’t get unbanned. Only in some cases give vertx them a second change. Like when someone bought a rank for a friend but charged his money back, this isn’t the fault from the player. But the rank will be removed.
