IMO , the player connection was interupted , maybe he's truly lagging because i've experienced this when my wifi is low or something .

This is splatter, splatters lobby's fill up quickly and the next batch of team colors come in at the same time as the previous since there is so much that the lobby's get full and it needs more space for the next set of players. Its just what happens.
