I think this will be some dns pollution,when you are connecting to a wifi network while one of the clients(wifi)are banned from bl,you got this one too

I went to my friends house and used their wifi(who is banned for haxing),got this one.The server thinks that "ITS THE SAME PERSON AGEN,BAN YUUUU"and so
This is frequent in ban appeals,hope this helped!

No,that is an IP-ban...So anyone who uses that specific WiFi that the person was using when they were banned,also gets banned,just when they're using that WiFi.If you change WiFi,you can play again...But I believe the username still will be banned,too.

Only of the person who was banned..Not anyone else with the WiFi.

Yes,because It's IP-ban...Anyone who uses that WiFi will be banned.But if the person who didn't do anything uses a different WiFi,they're unbanned.But if the person who was banned with the username changes WiFi,they stay banned,as the username will be recognised.
