I purchased a Broken Lens rank, but I need some help!

Hello! I bought a Diamond Rank today. I went on the Broken Lens server and I said "hi" in the chat, and I didn't have the rank. I'm wondering if it takes a bit for the rank to sync with my account? Or is there further steps I need to take? I sent an email to brlns and i'm waiting, but I figured Forms will give me a faster response. I'm attaching a screenshot I took. The image is the web page I was directed to after my purchase. I hope that helps. And i hope someone will be able to help me!

yeah, it takes usually around 15-20 minutes to match the username, give you the perks of the rank, and for the server to give it to you. hope that helps.
